We're a small local business, not a data company. We collect only what we need to give you a quote and get the job done. We don't sell your info, we don't spam you, and we don't share it with anyone who doesn't need it to help us serve you.
What we collect
When you fill out a quote or contact form, we store your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any service details or messages you include. This information is retained so we can follow up on your request and schedule your service.
We also collect basic analytics data about how people use our site — including pages visited, how you arrived (search engine, social media, direct, etc.), device type (mobile or desktop), and referring URL. This data is used to understand our website traffic and improve our marketing. It is not tied to your personal identity.
If you arrive at our site through a marketing link (for example, a Google or Facebook ad), we may record the campaign source so we know which advertising is working. This is stored only for internal reporting purposes.
The address lookup tool
When you request a quote, our site uses satellite imagery and public building data to estimate your property's square footage. We use it to generate your quote. The address you enter is stored along with your form submission.
How we use your info
Your contact information is used only to reach out about your quote, schedule your service, and follow up after the job is done. Analytics data is used internally to understand our site traffic and improve our marketing. We won't add you to any mailing list without asking first.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless it's a platform we use to run the business — such as the hosting and storage infrastructure that powers this website. Those providers are bound by their own data policies and cannot use your data for unrelated purposes.
Cookies and session data
This site uses session storage (a temporary browser feature) to remember your traffic source as you navigate between pages. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
