These terms cover how we work together — what you can expect from us and what we ask from you. Nothing buried in fine print, just straightforward ground rules for doing business.
Quotes
Online quotes are estimates. We use satellite imagery and public tax records to get as close as we can, but the final price is confirmed before we start any work. If we show up and something's way different from what we expected — like a driveway twice the size or heavy staining that wasn't visible — we'll talk to you first.
Quotes are good for 30 days.
Scheduling
We'll confirm your appointment by phone or text. If something comes up and you need to cancel or move it, just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll work around it. Last-minute no-shows may be charged a small trip fee.
Access to the property
By booking with us, you're confirming you have the right to let us onto the property. Please make sure we can get to what needs washing — move vehicles, unlock gates, put pets inside. We can't be responsible for delays caused by blocked access.
What we're responsible for
We're fully licensed and insured, and we treat every property like it's our own. If something is damaged due to our work, let us know within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
That said, we can't be on the hook for things like:
- Paint, caulking, or sealant that was already failing before we arrived
- Surfaces with existing cracks, rot, or damage that pressure washing makes visible
- Staining or discoloration that's too deep to remove with exterior cleaning alone
If we spot something like that before we start, we'll flag it so there are no surprises.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with the results, call us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. We want to earn your repeat business, not just your first job.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done. We take cash, check, and card. If you need to work something out, just ask — we're reasonable people.
Using this website
The quote tool is meant for homeowners and property managers getting a legitimate estimate. Please don't use automated tools to scrape the site or abuse the satellite lookup features.
Data collection
By using this website, you agree that we may collect and store information you submit through our forms (name, phone, email, address, service details) as well as anonymous analytics data about your visit (pages viewed, device type, traffic source).
